He has 1337 nerdish skillz. Skillz that far surpass those of his colleagues Majin Vejita (deceased), Dan and Nana-chan! Magus XXIII manages most, if not all, of the sections here at the Can of Nothing. Anything that's funny and interesting was most likely created by him. Her nerdish skillz are almost 1337, but even though, her skillz surpass those of her other colleague Dan! Nana-chan is the right hand girl of Magus XXIII and helps to manage the CoN (And does a damn good job of it). Anything that's about Dan's homosexuality was most likely created or co-created by her.
